Shipping rates for outside the continental USA  will be calculated at time of shipping. Charges may be added or refunded in a second shipping invoice.

Shipping charges at check out are an estimate: As long as email is provided, An invoice with final charges will be sent.

Return Policy

 Our 14-Day Return Policy

No orders or items can be returned unless the items(s) are damaged or they were shipped out in error. If you simply do not like or the item is not what you expected you will be charged 15% restock fee of the original amount. Any customer wanting to return an item(s) that has been damaged or sent in error, please , go to the "Drop Us A Line" section of this site, and explain.

We can accept returned merchandise for up to 14 days from the date you originally received it. Because our great values change frequently as we locate new and exciting deals for you, our 14-day return policy gives you time to return a purchase, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.
 

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. For any item that you want to return, please email us within 14 days of receipt, stating defect, or damage that occurred during shipping. If you are returning the item with 14 days without  there being a defect or damage a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Upon receiving your request to return an item(s), we will email you back a code that must be written on the outside of the returning package. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
      1.Package up merchandise in a safe and secure manner.  Note: The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to hildashandbags.com.   All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued and our customer profiles are updated. Hildashandbags.com always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item purchased
     2. Carefully pack up the merchandise you are returning and include the original packing slip.
     3. Affix a return label to your package.
     4.  Ship the return package to us, using the carrier of your choice.If the product comes to you damaged by the shipper, go to the "Contact Us" section of this site and email us the invoice number and reason for the return. When contacting Customer Service, please refer to your order number, the returned or exchanged product must be unopened. Please initiate all returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
  4. To initiate a return please email or call us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and a return code will be given to you. Please put this code on the outside of shipping box.
    5. Any item that is returned without prior approval, and a visible return code on the outside of the package, will be returned unopened to the cutomer.

How do I cancel an order I have placed?
We are very sorry, but orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. We process orders very quickly, and once an order enters the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges after your order has been sent.  We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing time works to your advantage.

 How long does it take to receive my merchandise?

Most orders ship the day we receive them (99%), provided there aren't any problems with the order, or credit card processing. We ship all orders with UPS, unless other arrangements are made. UPS will take from 1 day to 5 days to deliver your package to you, unless you want to use UPS's other services, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. These additional services will get the package to you faster, however they will cost you more in shipping charges from UPS.
