Blue Velvet, Shoulder Bag/Fanny Pack: A Blue Velvet Fanny Pack that comes with a shoulder strap, so it doubles as a purse. There is a flower design of beads on the front that is highlighted with cut beads that sparkle. The fully lined blue interior is divided into 3 and closes with a snap. The shoulder strap connects on both sides and can be removed as can the waist strap that loops through the back. Beautiful to look at, and soft to touch.
